MBETE YOUTH
FOOTBALL PROJECT

A small social football project in Northern Zambia located at the lake shore of Lake Tanganyika in the small village of Mbete. The project is run single handed by one young man. We collaborated with the project to create awareness about how football can foster joy but also serve as tool that goes beyond the pitch. How football can add life values, such as courage, self-control, responsibility and decision making.

Mbete Youth Football Project, are cooperating life skills in the training sessions with the aim of helping the players to become role models in the village, so they can be ones making a difference in the poor remote and often alcoholic effected society.
